MyTummyHurts provides informational digestive-risk guidance based on meal inputs and your prior feedback. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a medical device, and it should not replace a licensed clinician. Always consult a professional for medical decisions.
Subscriptions unlock a monthly scan allowance, history, and insights. Unused monthly scans do not roll over. Prices, free trials, renewals, and cancellations are managed through Apple in-app purchases under Apple's terms; you can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
You are responsible for the meal descriptions, photos, and symptom notes you submit. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. You keep ownership of your content; you give us permission to process it to provide the service described in our Privacy Policy.
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or access other people's data.
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
If these terms change materially, we will update this page and the date at the top.
